Letters A fine dose of awareness
The cover page article of Life, dated December 17, 2001, on Non-Judgemental Awareness, `It's all a question of awareness', was a real eye-opener. The article made for good and interesting reading. Till then, I was aware of awareness, but not so much. But the article, an in-depth one, was well written and threw light on certain aspects which were very useful to the common man. For instance, using awareness as a tool to deal with problems and difficulties. The author has further deliberated that awareness could be curative and how to use it to effectively get rid of head aches. I am sure many readers would have benefited in some way or the other by that insightful article. K. Ravishankar Coimbatore.
