For the adventurous at heart, prepare yourself for spirited dances like Maculelê - a Brazilian stick fighting dance, Samba Reggae - a travelling carnival dance, and the popular Capoeira – a Brazilian dance form which combines elements of martial arts and games.

Each episode has been filmed in several exquisite settings, with attractive and experienced practitioners leading graceful routines. The channel promises that Fitness Fusion will be "a revitalizing ‘mind and body’ programme that will leave you rested and ready to live serenely in a hectic world."
