SEBI opens office in Jaipur

Stock market regulator SEBI opened its local office at Jaipur on Saturday. The local office was inaugurated by SEBI’s whole-time member Rajeev Kumar Agarwal. The office will look after the regulatory aspects of investor protection and investor education and all other responsibilities delegated, within Rajasthan.

The local office will be under the administrative control of SEBI’s Western Regional Office at Ahmedabad. Nagendra Parakh, head of SEBI’s Western region, was also present.
