AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed the BSE that its promoter AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals AB Sweden has decided to reduce its shareholding in the company to meet minimum public shareholding norm. The current shareholding of the promoter in the company is about 89.99 per cent.
On Tuesday, the stock tumbled 3.38 per cent to close at Rs 833.75 on the BSE.
