Notwithstanding improved global cues and decline in arrival, soya oil in Indore mandis traded low on slack buying and decline in buying support at higher rates with soya refined ruling at ₹612-15 for 10 kg (₹615-18), while soya solvent ruled at ₹575-80. Soyabean also traded low on slack buying despite improved global cues and weak arrival (20,000 bags) with prices in mandis across Madhya Pradesh being quoted at ₹3,100-3,200 a quintal. Weak availability of soya seeds with the crushers perked up plant deliveries today to ₹3,300-50 (up ₹100 from last week). Given favourable crop report both within and outside the country and expected rise in arrival of new crop, rally appears unlikely, said Mahesh Purohit, a soyabean trader. Soyameal also traded low with its prices on the spot at ₹28,500 a quintal (down ₹1,000 from last week).
