Jeera prices moved down on profit booking by traders followed by moderate demand in spot. However, tight supplies capped the price decline on the spot. According to traders, demand for the spice was moderate. Buyers are expecting some correction in price. At Unjha mandi of Gujarat, about 4,000 bags arrived and prices moved down by ₹50 to ₹3,400-3,800 per 20 kg. About 400 bags arrived in Rajkot APMC and price decreased by ₹60 to ₹3,450-3,800.
