Spot rubber prices showed a mixed trend on Thursday. RSS 4 weakened to ₹130 (₹131) a kg, according to traders. The grade dropped to ₹129.50 (₹130) and ₹126.50 (₹127) respectively, according to the Rubber Board and dealers. December futures slid to ₹131.45 (₹131.89), January to ₹134.40 (₹134.76) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) improved to ₹138.52 (₹137.86) a kg at Bangkok. December futures firmed up to ¥226.6 (₹135.56) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 130 (131); RSS-5: 126 (127); Ungraded: 117 (117); ISNR 20: 120 (120) and Latex (60% drc): 82.50 (82.50).
