Bearish sentiment continued in mustard and its oil in mandis across Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat on sluggish demand even as mustard arrival was on the lower side.
Aided by sluggish demand and rise in arrival of new crop, mustard oil prices ruled stable in local and other mandis across the State at ₹668 for 10 kg. In Rajasthan mandis also, mustard oil ruled steady on sluggish demand with prices at Kota and Ganga Nagar ruling stable at ₹670.
Mustard also traded weak at ₹3,500-3,750 a quintal (₹3,700-3,800 a quintal last week), while raida ruled at ₹3,200-3,400.
