The downtrend in soya oil and soyabean continued on slack demand and buying support. With local mandis remaining closed on Monday, soya refined in private trading ruled at ₹638-41 for 10 kg, while soya solvent went for ₹612-16. Soyabean is also trading low with its prices in mandis across Madhya Pradesh being quoted at ₹3,150-3,250 a quintal (₹3,250-3,350 last week). Plant deliveries of soyabean declined to ₹3,250-3,325 (₹3,350-3,425). Sluggish trend also continued in soyameal on weak domestic and export demand with its prices on the spot being quoted at ₹27,500-800 a quintal.
