A range-bound trend in prices of feed ingredients kept poultry-feed prices unchanged on Wednesday.

Aditya Mishra, a commodity expert, told Business Line that good demand and steady input cost kept feed products unchanged and may continue to rule around current levels for the next few days.

In the physical market, soyameal improved by ₹1,700 and sold at Rs 43,300 a tonne, while bajra went down by ₹200 and sold at ₹13,500, Di-calcium phosphate was unchanged at ₹36.80 a kg while maize eased by ₹20 and sold at ₹1,520 a quintal. DRB dropped by ₹200 and sold for ₹9,300, rice bran oil improved by ₹1 to ₹56 a kg, MBM was at ₹44.40 while Mustard de-oiled cake was at ₹15,600 a tonne, unchanged.

Layer concentrate 25 per cent was sold at ₹1,535 while Layer concentrate 35 per cent was at ₹1,215. Broiler concentrate quoted at ₹2,175 for a 50-kg bag.
