Spot rubber was unchanged on Thursday. The daily reference price for RSS 4 improved marginally to ₹140.40 (₹140.30) a kg as quoted by the Rubber Board. But the grade finished steady at ₹130 a kg consecutively for the 10th day, according to traders. The trend was partially mixed as ISNR 20 lost ground on low demand. March futures inched up to ₹126.40 (₹126.30), April to ₹127.75 (₹127.53) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) improved to ₹117.02 (₹116.90) at Bangkok. March futures closed at ¥222.2 (₹115.49) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 130 (130); RSS-5: 110 (110); Ungraded: 100 (100); ISNR 20: 104 (105) and Latex 60%: 79 (79).
