Physical rubber prices were firm on Monday. RSS 4 improved to ₹142 (141) a kg, according to traders. The grade was steady at ₹141 and ₹138 respectively, according to Rubber Board and dealers.
The trend was mixed. August futures concluded at ₹137.90 (138.20), September at ₹131.90 (132.17) and October at ₹130 (130) a kg on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 142 (141); RSS-5: 138 (137); Ungraded: 110 (110); ISNR 20: 118 (117) and Latex (60% drc): 93 (94).
