Barring masur, majority of pulse seeds in Indore mandis ruled steady today on subdued buying. Masur has been witnessing an uptrend in Indore mandis for the past two weeks on weak arrival and strong buying support from the millers as well as stockists. On Friday, masur (bold) ruled at ₹5,100-25, while masur (Madhya Pradesh) was quoted at ₹4,600-4,700. Masur dal (medium) was ₹5,650-5,850, while masur dal (bold) ruled at ₹6,050-6,250. Slack demand dragged moong with moong (bold) being quoted at ₹7,500-7,800, while moong (medium) ruled at ₹7,200-7,300. Moong dal (medium) fetched ₹8,800-9,000, moong dal (bold) ₹9,200-9,400, while moong mongar ruled at ₹9,300-9,500. Urad (bold) declined to ₹6,200, while urad (medium) ruled at ₹5,400-5,500. Urad dal (medium) ruled at ₹7,000-7,200, urad dal (bold) ₹7,300-7,400, while urad mongar ruled at ₹8,100-8,400.
