Spot sugar prices at Vashi rule steady after a decline of ₹10-15 on Monday on hope of increase in demand with the start of new month. Arrivals-local dispatches remained routine as producers continued off loading materials in the local markets in absence of upcountry or exports demand.
Arrivals at Vashi market were higher 62-63 truck loads and local dispatches were 61-62 truck loads. Naka delivery rates were: S-grade ₹2,400–2,475 (₹2,400-2,475) and M-grade ₹2,430- 2,590 (₹2,430-₹ 2,590).
