HT Media has completed approximately 75 per cent of its buyback target for an aggregate amount of ₹18.8 crore. As the number of shares bought back is equal to the total buyback size of 22,72,727 shares and is in excess of the requisite minimum buyback of shares, the buyback committee has decided to close the offer with immediate effect.
