IDFC in a filing to the stock exchanges said the Capital Raise Committee of Directors of the company on Tuesday had approved the allotment of 7.3 crore equity shares at Rs 137 a share (including a premium of Rs 127), aggregating Rs 1,000.10 crore to qualified institutional buyers.
