Nestle India Ltd in a filing to the BSE said that the company has fixed December 9 as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled for third interim dividend for the year 2014, if any declared by the board at its meeting on December 3. The interim dividend, if declared, will be paid on and from December 22.
The "Close Period" commences on November 28 and will end on December 4.
