Pidilite Industries has said that it completed the acquisition of the adhesive business of Bluecoat Pvt Ltd.
The company had informed the stock exchange on Monday that its board of directors had approved the acquisition on a slump sale basis for a cash consideration of Rs 263.57 crore.
