Jupiter Infomedia has declared bonus issue in the ratio of one equity share for every one share held by the shareholders. The record date for the issue is September 30. Following this, the equity capital would double to ₹10.02 crore.
It came out with ₹4-crore IPO in 2012 at ₹20 a share on the SME segment of BSE. It is in the e-commerce space and owns three portals — JimTrade.com, Indianetzone.com and JimYellowpages.com.
Correction:The bonus share ratio has been modified to 1:1 instead of 1:6 as mentioned previously based on the company's clarification and the amount raised from the IPO has been changed to Rs 4 crore from Rs 41 crore.
