Adinath Textiles has informed the exchanges that the Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction has stayed the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction's opinion till September 22, the next date of hearing. Earlier in May, the BIFR had recorded an opinion under the Sick Industrial Companies Act with the Registrar, High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh, that "it is just and equitable that Adinath Textiles should be wound up". Shares of Adinath Textiles gained 2.9 per cent at ₹1.75 on the BSE.
