Mumbai, Sept. 18:  

Axis Bank has completed the sale of 25 per cent stake in Axis asset management company to Schroder Singapore Holdings. Schroder Singapore Holdings is a wholly owned subsidiary of Schroder’s plc. The bank has chosen to not disclose the financial details of the deal.
