The board of Aurionpro Solutions on Friday allotted 15.06 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each to the equity shareholders of Intellvisions Software Ltd (merged entity). The share exchange ratio had been fixed at 33 equity shares of ₹10 each of Aurionpro Solutions for every 250 equity shares of ₹10 each held in Intellivison Software. Shares of Aurionpro closed a tad higher at ₹182.25 on the NSE over the previous day’s close of ₹181.90.
