Balasore Alloys has informed BSE that its board of directors on Wednesday allotted 66 lakh equity shares of ₹5 each at a price of ₹16 to the promoters Dankuni Investments and Navoday Consultants. The allotment was pursuant to conversion of an equivalent number of convertible warrants, the company informed the exchanges. Shares of Balasore Alloys ended weak at ₹13.85.
