The board of Bharat Electronics will meet on Friday to consider a proposal of buyback of the fully paid-up equity shares of the company of face value ₹10 each. The company will announce its April-June quarter financial performance on Monday. Analysts will closely monitor the developments on the buyback front, especially regarding price and quantum.
