The Everstone Group, a private equity and real estate investment firm, has announced the appointment of Bhavna Thakur as Head of Capital Markets and Exits.
Based in Mumbai, Thakur will lead the capital markets and exits function across the private equity and real estate businesses, working closely with the investments and operations teams. Previously, she has worked with Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and Davis Polk and Wardwell LLP.
Bhavna holds a BA LLB (Honors) from National Law School of India and a Masters in Law from Columbia University.
Thakur has over 17 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, mergers & acquisition and capital markets.
