Shares of Borosil Glass Works will remain in focus at the bourses, as the buyback window from the company opens on Friday and ends on January 29. It plans to purchase up to 6.96 lakh shares (representing 23.15 per cent of the total equity capital), from shareholders on a proportionate basis through the tender offer route. The buyback offer has been priced at ₹2,500 a share. Hindustan Composites owns 4.49 per cent stake in the firm.
