The board of directors of Can Fin Homes, set up under the sponsorship of Canara Bank, is scheduled to meet on Friday to consider a proposal of further issue of shares. Investors will keep an eye on the quantum of funds to be raised, as well as mode and purpose of fund-raising. Besides the further issue of shares, the board will also consider a proposal for sub-division (split) of equity shares of the company and alteration of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
