Chembond Chemicals has entered into a share purchase agreement for the remainder 49 per cent stake in its Malaysia-based joint venture I-Chembond Water Sdn Bhd. Chembond Chemicals will buy the stake from its joint venture partner I-Chem Solution Sdn Bhd. Shares of Chembond Chemicals slipped 0.22 per cent at ₹205.45 on the BSE.
