Anjani Portland Cement has allotted 600 rated, taxable secured, guaranteed, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures for ₹60 crore to Tata Capital Financial on private placement basis. The NCDs, whose face value is ₹10 lakh, are in the form of separately transferable redeemable principal parts and structured in the form of two different series of ₹30 crore each. The company has received a credit rating of CARE AA--(SO) for the NCDs. Shares of Anjani Portland tumbled 2.85 per cent at ₹85.15 on the BSE.
Empee Distilleries has informed BSE that it acquired 89.85 per cent stake in Empee Power and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd on October 30. Following this, Empee Power has become a subsidiary of Empee Distilleries. Shares of Empee Distelleries edged down 0.96 per cent at ₹36 on the BSE.
Zenith Birla (India) Ltd has informed the BSE that pursuant to the unwillingness of Asian Distributors Pvt Ltd and Birla Bombay Pvt Ltd - its promoters - to subscribe to the proposed issue of convertible warrants on preferential basis, the board has decided to withdraw the issue. Shares of Zenith Birla ended at ₹1.12, unchanged from Tuesday on the BSE.
