Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed the exchanges that the company’s Ammonia-IV Plant will be shut down for a period of 12 days from August 24. The company will attend to the isothermal shift reactor, which has developed minor technical problems. Once the problem is resolved, the plant will return to the mainstream, the company said in the statement. The company’s shares tumbled 2.65 per cent at ₹68.10 on the BSE.
Trident Ltd has informed the BSE that rating major CRISIL has issued a Results Update for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 of the company and has assigned a fundamental grade of ‘3/5’ to the company. The grade indicates that the company’s fundamentals are ‘good’ relative to other listed equity securities in India. CRISIL Equity has assigned a valuation grade of ‘5/5’ indicating that the market price has ‘strong upside’ from the current level. The stock on Friday closed at ₹24.3 on the BSE, up 3.4 per cent.
The board of directors of Mathew Easow Research Securities on Friday approved proposals to increase its authorised share capital and further issue of share capital. Both the proposals are, however, subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s forthcoming annual general meeting. The company’s shares jumped 6 per cent at ₹143 on the BSE.
