Promoter group entity Sundaram Trading and Investment Pvt Ltd sold 11.5 lakh shares or 3.05 per cent stake in BF Utilities on January 28 through open market transactions, according to latest disclosures by the company.
Shares of BF Utilities ended down 2.34 per cent at ₹570 on the NSE. Following the transaction, Sundaram Trading and Investment holds 0.56 per cent stake in BF Utilities.
