Firstsource Solutions Ltd on Friday said its wholly owned subsidiary Firstsource Group USA, Inc, on March 28 successfully paid $11.25 million as the fourth quarterly repayment of its outstanding debt. The Firstsource Solutions stock closed at ₹25.65 on the NSE, down 2 per cent over the previous day’s close.
Hindustan Zinc has commissioned its first sewage treatment plant in Udaipur, the company said in a notice to the exchanges on Friday. The plant, which has a sewage treatment capacity of 20 million litres a day, has been constructed following a tripartite agreement between Hindustan Zinc, Udaipur Municipal Corporation and Urban Improvement Trust. Shares of Hindustan Zinc ended up 3.11 per cent at ₹124.30 on the National Stock Exchange on Friday.
IFCI has mopped up ₹310 crore through an issue of tax-free, secured, redeemable, non-convertible bonds. The ₹215-crore issue comes with a green shoe option of up to ₹215 crore. The book building for the issue which opened on March 27 came to a close on Friday. The financial services major said the issue was fully subscribed with aggregate bids coming in for ₹310 crore, including ₹90 crore towards the green shoe option. The stock on Friday jumped 6.3 per cent at ₹27.1 on the NSE.
