Tirupati Sarjan has received an order for infrastructure work of GMERS Medical College campus, at Himmatnagar District, Sabarkantha, for ₹49.06 crore. Tirupati Development, its subsidiary, has also received an order for construction of the hospital building (maternity and children’s complex) for the Republic of Uganda, for ₹23.71 crore. Tirupati Sarjan holds 69 per cent stake in its subsidiary company. Shares of Tirupati Sarjan edged down 1.96 per cent at ₹14.97 on the BSE.
Wadala Commodities has received approval from the Mumbai High Court and the Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court for its merger with Godrej Industries. Wadala Commodities would stand dissolved without being wound up and the merger would be effective November 21. As provided in the Scheme of Merger, Godrej Industries will fix the record date in due course for ascertaining the eligible shareholders of Godrej Industries and Wadala Commodities for allotment of shares. Godrej Industries will issue one fully paid-up equity share of ₹1 each of Godrej Industries to the equity shareholders of Wadala Commodities for every 108 fully paid-up ₹1 equity share held in Wadala Commodities.
The board of directors of Binny will meet on November 26 to consider and approve the development of its land for an integrated township. Shares of Binny closed at ₹141.6, down 1.3 per cent on the BSE.
