The board of directors of Cerebra Integrated Technologies on Tuesday announced the opening of an issue of foreign currency convertible bonds for up to $10 million (about ₹60 crore). The board had, in August, approved the fund-raising plans for its e-waste recycling plant. Shares of Cerebra Integrated gained 0.9 per cent at ₹10.90 on the NSE while they slipped 3.45 per cent at ₹10.34 on the BSE.
Triveni Turbine has informed the BSE that in order to exploit the potential of the global market for the company’s products and services, its board of directors on Tuesday decided to set up an international structure through wholly owned subsidiar(y)ies, which would be incorporated overseas. The company, however, did not share any other details, such as geography, size, etc. The stock of Triveni Turbine closed at ₹99.65, down 3.8 per cent on the BSE.
GMM Pfaudler has submitted to the BSE a copy of a press release received from Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) informing that it is acquiring Pfaudler Process Solutions Group from National Oilwell Varco Inc (NOV), US, subject to approvals from regulatory authorities. Pfaudler Inc, US, a member of the Pfaudler Process Solutions Group, owns majority shares in GMM Pfaudler Ltd. Shares of GMM Pfaulder edged down 1.67 per cent at ₹240.95 on the BSE.
