The Labour Union of Bosch’s Jaipur plant has called for a one-day strike on March 20, in connection with the ongoing wage settlement talks. According to Bosch, the wage negotiations have been going on for the last 20 months. The Management is in discussion with the Union to close the wage negotiations with the intervention of the Joint Labour Commissioner, Jaipur, in a ‘fair but firm’ manner. Bosch said it does not foresee any significant financial impact due to the one-day strike. Shares of Bosch edged down 0.93 per cent at ₹27,402 on the NSE.
Premier Explosives has set up BF Premier Energy Systems Pvt Ltd, a joint venture with Kalyani Strategic Systems, belonging to the Bharat Forge group. The joint venture will focus on manufacturing defence products. The joint venture company was incorporated on March 9. Shares of Premier Explosives jumped 9 per cent at ₹251.80 on the BSE.
The board of directors of Money Masters Leasing & Finance on Friday approved a resolution for increase in authorised capital of the company to ₹10 crore. The board also gave the nod to make a preferential allotment of up to 2.09 lakh 7 per cent redeemable preference shares of ₹10 each at par. The board will seek shareholders’ approval for the proposal. Shares of Money Masters Leasing slumped 5 per cent at ₹8.02 on the BSE.
