Bengaluru-based Brigade Group on Friday said it has signed an agreement with home rental solutions provider NestAway to provide assistance to its flat buyers. The collaboration will cover existing customers as well as buyers of 10,000 apartments under construction or in the process of handover, the group said in an exchange filing. NestAway, based in seven cities across India, will help Brigade Group’s customers find tenants and smoothen the documentation process, the company said. Shares of Brigade Enterprises closed at ₹181.05 on the NSE, up 3.46 per cent from the previous day’s close.
Uttam Sugar Mills has informed the exchanges that it has obtained Industrial Entrepreneurs Memorandum from the Centre for enhancement of distillery (ethanol) capacity — from its existing capacity of 22,500 kilo litres to 45,000 kl. The stock of Uttam Sugar Mills edged down 2.94 per cent at ₹61.15 on the NSE.
Equitas Holdings has informed the exchanges that its subsidiary Equitas Small Finance Bank has appointed Prof Balakrishnan N and Dr Parthasarathi Shome as Additional Directors with effect from September 21. Shares of Equitas Holdings tumbled 3.64 per cent at ₹181.35 on the NSE.
