Coffee Day Enterprises has informed the exchanges that its step-down subsidiary Way2wealth Securities Pvt Ltd has divested 95 per cent stake or 47,499 shares in its subsidiary Way2wealth Reality Advisors Pvt Ltd. The acquirer Amit Choudary will buy the shares at ₹2 each, making the deal value at ₹94,998. The deal is expected to be completed by July 27. Shares of Coffee Day Enterprises slipped 0.25 per cent at ₹245.20 on the NSE.

Ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has pared his stake in TV18 Broadcast by 60 basis points to 1.15 per cent in the quarter ended June from 1.75 per cent in the previous quarter. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala owned 1.98 crore shares of TV18 Broadcast as of June 30, shareholding pattern of the company released earlier today showed. Shares of TV18 Broadcast jumped 2.5 per cent at ₹40.50 on the NSE.

Dhampur Sugar Mills has informed the exchanges that it has made further investment of ₹2 crore in Ehaat Ltd by way of subscribing to 20 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each at par on rights basis. The company holds the entire 37.70 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each in Ehaat and it continues to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dhampur Sugar. Shares of Dhampur Sugar closed at ₹230.15, up 4.3 per cent on the NSE.
