The board of directors of Cura Technologies , formerly Softpro Systems, on Friday dropped a merger proposal. Earlier on March 23, the board had approved the proposal of merging Global Information Technology Inc, US, with the company’s 100 per cent subsidiary, which Cura had planned to incorporate in Singapore. The proposal includes a consideration by way of shares to be paid by the company to the share holders of GIT Inc, US. Shares of Cura Technologies slipped 3.2 per cent at ₹9.10 on the NSE.
