The board of directors of ECE Industries will meet on Wednesday to consider a proposal to delist the company’s shares from the NSE. Earlier in 2015, the company had delisted its shares from the BSE. The board will consider and approve a postal ballot notice for seeking shareholders’ nod for voluntary delisting of the company’s equity shares from the NSE and giving an exit opportunity to them, it said in the notification. Shares will remain in the limelight on delisting plans.
