Promoters Rahul Dhanuka and Manish Dhanuka proposes to sell up to 44,547 equity shares on June 20 (to non-retail investors) and on June 21 (to retail investors) through an offer-for-sale on the BSE platform. This represents 0.09 per cent of the total paid-up share capital of the company.
The floor price for the stake sale has been fixed at ₹825 a share. This stake sale will help promoters meet the minimum public shareholding norm of 25 per cent.
