Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea has informed the exchanges that with reference to the letter dated September 1, the scheme of arrangement between Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Ltd (DPTL), Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd (DTIL), Dhunseri Infrastructure Ltd (DIL) and their respective shareholders for demerger of the tea division of DPTL to DTIL and re-organisation of the IT SEZ division of DPTL to DIL have become effective on September 1. "The company has received a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 9, 2014, from the Registrar of Companies approving the change of name of the company to Dhunseri Petrochem Ltd," it said in a statement.
