Hearing of DLF versus SEBI at the Securities Appellate Tribunal will continue on Tuesday. The case relates to SEBI barring DLF and six of its directors from trading in the securities market for three years after finding them guilty of suppressing vital information relating to legal cases in their IPO offer document. DLF had appealed to SAT against this order.
