The board of directors of Esteem Bio Organic Food Processing will meet on December 31 to consider sub-division of equity shares, subject to the consent of shareholders and the other relevant authorities. The board will also decide on the date, time and venue to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the members for stock split. Shares of Esteem Bio Organic closed at ₹448, down 6.67 per cent, on the BSE.

The board of directors of Maxwell Industries on Friday recommended the issue of up to 30 lakh convertible warrants on a preferential basis to the promoter/ promoter Group. The warrants will be convertible into equity shares of equal number within 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants. The price of the allotment will be determined on the basis of the 'relevant date'. The stock tumbled 2.19 per cent to ₹40.25 on the BSE.

The board of directors of Lyka Labs has approved the issue of 2.30 lakh warrants each on a preferential basis to Enai Trading & Investment and NI Gandhi - HUF, of the promoter group. Similarly, the board also okayed the issue of further 5.20 lakh warrants each to Enai Trading and NI Gandhi with an option of conversion into equity shares within 18 months.
