The board of directors of Ortin Laboratories will meet on Monday to consider a demerger proposal of the company. Ortin Labs offers a range of pharmaceutical formulations of tablets, capsules, syrups, and dry powders. In addition, the company is involved in contract manufacturing of intermediates and development of new APIs. In 2011, Vineet Laboratories Pvt Ltd (VLPL) was merged with Ortin Labs. Analysts will monitor the development.
