The board of Natco Pharma will meet on Friday to consider a proposal to raise foreign institutional investor/ foreign portfolio investor investments to 49 per cent. Currently, FIIs hold 9.96 per cent in it. The board will also consider further issue of shares or convertible securities through private placement or QIPs. Besides, the Board will consider audited results and a plan to merge Natco Organics (100 per cent arm) with itself. Analysts will be tracking the development.
