The board of Indian Hotels Company is scheduled to meet on Monday to consider various fund-raising options. Focus will be on the quantum of funds to be raised, the mode of fund-raising and the timing of the issue.
On a consolidated basis, Indian Hotels reported net loss of ₹24.96 crore in Q1 June 2017, compared with a net loss of ₹169.45 crore in Q1 June 2016. Net sales fell 4.2 per cent to ₹907.30 crore in Q1 June 2017 over Q1 June 2016.
