Future Lifestyle Fashions has informed the exchanges it has executed definitive documents with Celio International SA, Belgium, for divestment of its 31.5 per cent stake in Celio Future Fashion Ltd. The company, however, did not disclose the amount at which it is selling its share to the Beligium company. Post-divestment, Future Lifestyle will hold 3.5 per cent stake in Celio Future Fashion. Shares of Future Lifestyle closed at ₹91.35, down 3.33 per cent on the BSE.
