Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services today said its net profit in the third quarter ended December 2012 has more than doubled to Rs 13 crore as against Rs 4.3 crore in the same period a year ago, it said in a filing to the BSE.
The consolidated income increased by 15 per cent to Rs 67.75 crore from Rs 58.78 crore.
“Improvement in the market conditions and efficient cost management helped the company to report better results for the quarter,” said C J George, Managing Director, Geojit BNP Paribas.
