Globus Spirits invested 10,000 AED in its wholly owned subsidiary on Monday (February 9, 2015) towards initial subscription money required to establish the entity. The company had formed a wholly owned subsidiary - Globus Trade Bay Ltd - in the offshore zone of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Shares of Globus Spirits edged down 0.33 per cent at ₹59.60 on the NSE.
