The results season kicks off with GM Breweries and Prime Securities preparing to announce their numbers for the January-March quarter. The respective boards will meet on Thursday to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2017. The boards would also consider declaration of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company, for financial year 2016-17. Investors will closely follow the numbers.
